How to measure:
1) SHOULDERS From one shoulder to the other.
2) CHEST The broadest measure of your chest (remember that the tape measure should be horizontal.)
3) WAIST The narrowest part of your natural waistline - above your navel and below your ribcage.
4) HIP The widest part of your hips, at the top of your leg, about 20 inches below your natural waist.
5) INSIDE OF THE LEG From the top of your bone inside (groin) down to your ankle. |
